A Certified Pilates Instructor / Movement Specialist
with a background in Classical Russian Ballet of 15yrs under DANCE MASTERS
DIMITRI & FRANCESCA ROMANOFF, formally of the AMERICAN BALLET
THEATRE, and has over 45yrs of dance under her belt. El has danced professionally
& semi professionally and in Various Musical Events throughout the Bay Area and
continues to dance for pleasure today! She also, has innovated dance fitness programs
in the 90's, such a AEROBALLETtm and now brought all these elements together to her
Pilates Program. El Reynolds specializes in & teaches the STOTT Pilates method of
Pilates and has well over 10,000 hours of one on one client / instructor relations
teaching the STOTT Pilates program. She has recently developed and added a danced
based Deep Therapeutic Stretchtm to her STOTT Pilates Program.~Big Stuff!!!
